About Me

The weekly playlist is curated by myself, Billy Sims, for Discology: Music Club community. I’m a former touring musician and artist with a passion of music for over 30 years. Despite being a fairly successful failed touring artist, yes I’ve got the skinny jeans and deep V t-shirts to prove it, I loved my time traveling and the adventure it took me on. From the scary sticky floors of bars in daylight, to terrible shows that the booking agent billed you as a “mariachi band”, I was there standing cross armed in the back against the wall loving it. I’ve always enjoyed music for what it is or can be and do my best to explore what makes a song, artist, or album amazingly captivating. Discover and Discuss with Discology!
